WELLNESS

The use of your unique hormonal picture to inform how you move, eat, and live. This offering encompasses help with menstrual irregularities, the transition off of hormonal birth control, fertility, perimenopause, menopause, and more.

PERSONALIZED
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in  personal training and the Gray Institute of Functional

movement as well as work in the women's wellness space developing first to market programs for menstrual cycle workout syncing, pelvic floor, menopause, and feritlity have equipped me to program specifically for your needs.

1:1 sessions and movement blueprints for the time in between will guide you through what works with your life and helps you reach your goals from a holistic perspective.

MAINTENANCE

Once you're in the club, you're in the club. Maintenance coaching is an approach to keep accountability on the work you've put in during our full time programs. The changes you make in the club are meant to last a lifetime.
