Cancellation Policy
Maintenance Sessions may be booked by the client within their billing period and Alexia is accessible full time outside of sessions via chat for any workshopping needs. Any scheduled session may be rescheduled before 24 hours prior to that session. Cancellations, unless in case of emergency after 24 hours prior will be forfeited.
